Overview

 

On this course you will learn about:

  • The PRINCE2® process-based methodology used to help professionals successfully undertake projects

  • The structure of the methodology and the benefits of adopting this formal project management method in your organisation

  • What is required to pass the one-hour Foundation exam

 

You will have three complete days of training (there is no requirement to break off from the final day to take the exam), which gives you time to fully understand the methodology. You might also have a few days' 'breathing space' after this intensive training - time to consolidate your learning and increase the likelihood of a pass so you are fully prepared to take the exam, if you so choose (should you have pre-booked it externally, at an APMG exam centre - see details here).

  • No prerequisites though it would be useful to already have some experience of working on projects

  • Prior to attending this training, if you are interested in taking the Foundation exam then it is recommended that you book the exam with an APMG exam centre with the aim of sitting it within at least a week of completing the course
