Renewal of the certificate is within 3 years of its original certification date. 60 CPD points are required for renewal.
The renewal process is via bundled certification Product Suites. PRINCE2 is part of the Project, Programme & Portfolio Management (P3O) Suite so if, for example, you hold a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification and acquire a Managing Successful Projects (MSP) Foundation certificate, your certification(s) for the whole Suite will be renewed.
